4) the system oil temperature should be between 35 and 60 degrees C, not more than 70 degrees C, if too high will lead to deterioration and damage of oil and accessories.
2. Filter
1) the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned every time the oil is changed.
2) the machine tool has the related alarm or the oil quality not clean and so on other filter abnormality, should replace;
3) the air filter on the tank is checked and cleaned every 3 months to replace it for 1 years.
3. Hydraulic components
1) clean up the hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, tubing, etc.) every month to prevent the dirt from entering the system, and the cleaning agent can not be used.
2) if the new machine is used for a month, check whether there is any deformation in the bending points of the tubing. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months, the connection points of all fittings should be fastened.
Two, the fault maintenance of the bending machine
Fault 1: slider motion fault
The slider movement of a machine tool can be divided into four processes, which are starting and returning to zero, fast driving, working stroke and sliding block return.
The slider has no fast forward: the fast forward of the slider is generated by the oil returning from the lower cavity, and the negative pressure and oil suction is generated by the weight of the slide block on the upper cavity. It can also be judged whether the fault of the hydraulic system or the electrical system fails according to the power gain of the servo valve, and then the targeted solution is made.
Fault 2: the numerical control system is abnormal when the power is on
This failure is usually caused by software. Misoperation in operation or frequent abnormal shutdown can lead to file loss, so that software cant run normally. It can be judged according to the prompt of the system, and then decide whether to reload the software.
Y axis movement: dont change the slider is measured according to the electric principle diagram, in order to determine the hydraulic system failure or malfunction of the electrical system. If the servo valve is normal, that is the failure of the hydraulic system, otherwise it is the fault of the electrical system.
